How to Change PayID Name

To have your name changed on PayID, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your online banking account at the financial institution that provides you with PayID service (ANZ, CommBank, Westpac or other).
  2. Proceed to section that deals with PayID. Under a menu item like Payments, Transfer or Manage PayID, it can be located.
  3. Find your current PayID and select the option to update or change it.
  4. Enter the new name for PayID that you desire. It is worth noting that this entails uniqueness of the names of PayIDs; therefore, if somebody has already reserved it, then you will need to get something else.
  5. Confirm the change and save your new PayID name.
